We design an individualised fitness program that aligns with your goals whether you are using a gym, training at home or outside we will tailor a program that works for you. Utilising a smart phone app. you will receive your workouts with instructional videos, have access to direct messaging with your trainer and have the flexibility to request alterations as you move through the program to ensure you are comfortable, it's enjoyable and you are meeting your goals at each stage. The trainer will also be checking in after each workout, reviewing progress and holding you accountable.
Note that these programs are for people that are familiar with the use of exercise equipment, correct form and personal limitations. There is only so much we can do remotely !
With 20 years experience in the health industry my passion has always been helping people. I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach, Sports and Remedial massage therapist, Lymphedema Therapist , have completed studies in sports nutrition and am currently working towards completing my nursing degree in midwifery. In Australia I owned a clinic and upon moving to Canada started a family so at present am working remotely to continue to help people meet their goals in health, educate and support through a personalised approach recognising each individuals needs and checking in on a daily basis. I am passionate about fitness and enjoy weight lifting, cardio interval training, HIIT and outdoor sports and recreation. I train to enjoy my life to its fullest and being able to hike a mountain, be strong enough to pick up my dirt bike when I drop it, lift myself into a boat and run after my children is priceless to me as well as staying strong throughout my pregnancies to aid in easier births, recovery and also to age with strength.
We believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. We take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness in addition to exercise and self care.
Whether you are training for life in general, a sporting competition, strength building, improving cardiovascular health or tackling mental health concerns we believe a holistic approach is the key to success.
To design a program for you that is enjoyable while striving towards your goals and approaching your fitness journey holistically including physical and mental workouts, healthy lifestyle advice, mindfulness and self care routines.
